  • Becoming a Certified Management Professional. This covers how to implement and create benefit and incentive programs to keep employees feeling valued. There are also modules on health and safety, along with how to successfully train and develop staff.
  • Becoming a HR Manager. In order for this to be possible, you need to have a firm grasp of information systems used within the HR industry. It's also important to understand how negotiations and conflict resolution works, along with how to lead and motivate others and introduce change and innovation.
  • Becoming a HR Executive. This is a chance to show off communication skills amassed in earlier qualifications. Although there are multiple-choice examinations at every level, the upper tier focuses on creativity, with many certifications requiring an essay of up to 5,000 words. Such essays should focus on one specific area, rather than a broad subject with very little focus.
